It's been 6 weeks since my last update and I took a short 2 week break from the helmet when I went on vacation because I didn't feel comfortable packing the helmet in my luggage. However, I continued to use the supp, serum, and shampoo during my trip. I'm starting to see fine/short hairs growing in along my hairline which weren't there before I started using the helmet and other products. They're about 1/2" long now and I'll keep an eye on them to see if they fill in more over time. My hair texture is coarser and thicker than before and my hair feels stronger than when I started/not as brittle. There's a lot less shedding in general from grooming activities like combing my hair and washing it. I also don't feel as self conscious after my most recent hair cut because I don't see it revealing as much scalp as before. That's all for now, I'll see you in another 4-6 weeks!
