Takeaway: Light track jacket/windbreaker for spring and fall, not waterproof.
This review is for the jacket in size small. The fabric is a lightweight polyester that feels like the material umbrellas are made out of. The jacket is dual layered for enhanced wind impermeability. There is elastic at the waist and wrist cuffs, and the hood has an elastic drawstring with plastic tightening cinches. There are two zippered side pockets and one on the left breast. The zippers are a bit stiff but feel durable. Just note that the main zipper pull along the placket is on the left hand side, opposite menswear in the US. On the inside of the jacket there is a one open pocket on the left hand side. One thing I found is that this jacket had quite a lot of fuzzy "pulled threads" when you first receive it, so be sure to go through and remove/trim them if necessary (especially around the inside seams and zipper).
For me, the fit was just right, and the jacket came just to my waist. The sleeve length was great and ended right at my wrists. For reference, I’m 5’4” and weigh 120 lbs. The hood provides pretty decent coverage if you cinch it closed. The jacket is not waterproof; though, it’s slightly water resistant, and you might be able to stay dry in a light rain, but definitely not over extended periods of time. While it’s not great as a rain jacket, it makes for a nice, lightweight windbreaker.
